Our Carbon-Fiber Silverman-Style S-Type headrests consist of a very thin layer of carbon fiber for low attenuation and the ultimate in durability. Additionally, all IOS Silverman headrests have three sets of docking holes, providing flexible superior/inferior positioning for patient comfort and setup reproducibility.
