iMold

iMold is designed for the production of uniform eXaSkin Plus™ sheets of a specific size (and can also be used alongside eaSyFix setups). Using these molds, you can obtain sheets with the following dimensions:

Mold Configurations & Sheet Dimensions

• iMold S: Produces sheets measuring 17 x 11 x 1 cm
• iMold L:
  • With inner frame: produces sheets of 17 x 11 x 0.5 cm
  • Without inner frame: produces sheets of 17 x 22 x 0.5 cm
• iMold XL:
  • With inner frame: produces sheets of 19.7 x 3.5 x 0.5 cm
  • Without inner frame: produces sheets of 24.5 x 19.7 x 0.5 cm

Note: iMold S and iMold L are supplied together as a single set (AG1001004.4), while iMold XL is available as a separate mold configuration (104.10).
