Fleximarc G/T

Fleximarc G/T is the perfect solution for clinicians who wish to combine the positioning assurance and deployment speed of a pre-spaced marker with the enhanced MRI visibility of Titanium. Fleximarc G/T consists of two 1.2mm x 3mm gold nodes separated by a thin, medical grade titanium filament optimized for MRI visibility. This unique shape allows soft tissue to anchor the marker in place, greatly reducing the probability of marker migration. Each Fleximarc G/T is preloaded in a 17Ga 20cm needle individually supplied in its own sterile Tyvek pouch. Each marker provides two clearly visible discreet points for image-guided localization or intrafractional tumor tracking with only one needle insertion

Spaced FusionCoil

The Spaced FusionCoil marker consists of two 5mm open spiral gold coils with titanium alloy cores separated by a 15MM bioabsorbable spacer, reducing needle sticks and providing a stable, defined spacing between the markers to facilitate Synchrony and Varian’s ABH tracking algorithms. Also, because of the low density and high magnetic susceptibility of titanium, the FusionCoil’s unique design reduces the CT imaging artifact seen with other gold markers while enhancing visibility in MRI.

FlexiCoil and PointCoil (20 gauge, 0.6mm)

The FlexiCoil marker is helical gold coil with solid node endpoints. This unique design reduces marker migration and provides clearly definable endpoints unlike other helical markers.

The PointCoil marker is the smaller version of the FlexiCoil. It consists of a 5 MM open spiral gold coil with a solid gold central node, providing a single imaging point for IGRT. Due to its helical structure, the PointCoil’s design naturally inhibits migration.

Stranded Gold Markers

IOS’s stranded fiducial markers consist of two 1.0mm x 3.0mm gold markers separated by a bioabsorbable spacer, providing a 2.0cm center-to-center marker spacing. This configuration offers the benefit of two sterile markers preloaded into each 18-gauge needle, yielding a fixed marker spacing perfect for prostate CBCT alignment and motion tracking with less needle sticks for the patient.

• Bioabsorbable spacer naturally adheres to tissue, inhibiting marker occlusion and migration
